News and events We are recruiting: West Midlands Homeless Development Coordinator Housing Justice is the national ecumenical voice of Christian action to prevent homelessness and tackle housing need. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in project development with excellent communication skills, who is passionate about resourcing and supporting faith groups to make community based, creative, joined up responses for those homeless and badly housed. To work with new and existing partners in pieces of focussed work to improve or create opportunities that lead to lasting long term change for people who are homeless in Birmingham, Coventry and the Black Country. To support and develop networks such as the Birmingham Christian Homeless Forum and the Coventry Faith Homeless Forum and encourage, resource and inform church action on homelessness. The West Midlands Development Coordinator is a role forged from partnership between Housing Justice, Thrive Together Birmingham, the Birmingham Christian Homelessness Forum and Transforming Communities Together. The post holder should be sympathetic to our Christian values. They will require the ability to travel across the West Midlands.
