Phil Wood

Phil Wood joined Housing Justice in October 2017 and is very pleased to be making a start in the Midlands as West Midlands Development Co-ordinator.  He has been involved with housing need and homelessness since the 1980’s. In the early 1990’s he worked for Leeds Nightstop, the first Nightstop project. Subsequently he was Training and Development Officer with the Churches National Housing Coalition and later a Housing Justice trustee.

When he’s not working for Housing Justice, Phil writes for a living. Much scribbling in darkened corners and far too much coffee! He’s a Mennonite too, though not the kind with buggies and black hats.
