The Ready Reckoner
This ready reckoner is provided as a tool to help churches or anyone starting to look at the finances required to carry out a redevelopment project. It is a simplified version of a financial model developed by the Salvation Army Housing Association.
You will still need professional advice before embarking on any kind of building project – this ready reckoner should help you to get started, but does not replace the need for professional advice.
